Product Details:

Masking tape is used for painting to create clean lines by masking off areas and protecting surfaces from paint. It's also used in woodworking and furniture making for similar purposes, as well as for temporary bundling and holding items in place. Other uses include arts and crafts, temporary labeling, dust protection, and light-duty applications like sealing or marking in electronics and the automotive industry. 

 

Primary uses

• Painting: Protects adjacent surfaces from paint, creates crisp lines and edges, and masks areas to be left unpainted.
• Woodworking and furniture making: Achieves clean paint lines, protects surfaces during assembly, and is used to create designs.
• Arts and crafts: Creates sharp edges, masks areas for paint or glue, and can be used with stamps to create blank spaces or designs. 

Other common uses

• Protection: Prevents dust, paint, or debris from accumulating on surfaces like window sills or vents during construction.
• Marking and labeling: Temporarily labels tools, wires, or containers. The writable surface allows for notes.
• Holding and bundling: Temporarily holds materials like pipes, wires, or wooden strips in place until permanent fixtures are installed. It can also hold items together while glue dries.
• Automotive and electronics: Used for masking during painting or detailing, protecting sensitive components, and bundling wires.
• General household: Used for temporary repairs or sealing and wrapping applications. 

 

Offers good transparency and resistance to UV light, aging, and temperature variations.
The adhesive is applied to the treated surface of the BOPP film using a roll coating method, where the adhesive is spread uniformly across the surface. The adhesive may be applied using a gravure or flexographic printing process
